Citrix Configuration Logging service does not start on delivery controller with director

Hello ,

I have the same Problem as described in CTX231031.

I checked the Citrix.ConfigurationLogging.exe.Config

and also the web.config but i could not find a wrong entry. Maybe somebody had this problem and fixed it. Is it possible to repair?

Symptoms or Error

Health Check has detected that a  XenApp/XenDesktop service failed to connect to Configuration Logging Service. As a result, communication between these services cannot occur. The services might not be listening or they might be corrupted.

ADIdentity Service
Analytics Service
AppLibrary Service
Broker Service
Configuration Service
Delegated Admin Service
Environment Test Service
Host Availability Service
Machine Creation Service
Monitor Service
StoreFront Service
Trust Service
Orchestration Service

In the Event Viewer i foung only the follow error

Service start-up failed with : System.InvalidOperationException: Service 'Citrix.ConfigurationLogging.WcfService' has zero application (non-infrastructure) endpoints. This might be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because no service element matching the service name could be found in the configuration file, or because no endpoints were defined in the service element.
