When I login to us.cloud.us I receive Error 400 - I remove the ending OTP string and it logs me in, however, I do not have any licenses even though it shows me my resources and the correct Org ID and I have activated licenses under orders.


Question

When I login to us.cloud.us I receive Error 400 - I remove the ending OTP string and it logs me in, however, I do not have any licenses even though it shows me my resources and the correct Org ID and I have activated licenses under orders.

 

Other users do not have this issue.  I have the issue on multiple browsers (edge, chrome, Firefox) and on multiple machines.  I have removed and recreated my Citrix account but still experience this issue.

Again, multiple browsers across multiple machines.  Please do not reply with workstation troubleshooting as this is a Citrix issue, not a machine issue.
