How to configure Time Delay for normal Services to be Marked as down

How to configure Time Delay for normal Services on VPX to be Marked as down.

 

the idea is to avoid the service to be marked down in case of there is any network glitch for 30-sec to 1 minute .

 

the customer has specifically asked to make it two minutes delay, i mean if the server is actually down for more than 2 minutes then only the LB monitor should mark the service down.
