nFactor try again or contact your helpdesk

Hi all,

 

I have the nFactor implementation with external OTP (Radius). Everything is fine except when the user closes the tab during the authentication. For instance, I fill in my username in the first factor (LDAP group extraction) and close the tab without going to the next factor.

After that, the portal immediately returns “Try again or Contact your helpdesk” and likely the only solution is to clear the browser cache … or successfully login through all the factors

 

I am thinking about NSC_TMAS invalidation when users access the login portal, but it is hard to find a way to do this and not affect the whole nFactor workflow.
