user layer error: We were unable to attach your user layer

the vhd file is not created. from path in the screenshot just this part is created: "10.10.10.1\UL\Users". the rest of the path is not created.

and I didnt understand a lot from the log file.

I checked permissions and the problem still exists.

user storage location folder is "UL". I set permissions on "Users" subfolder in "UL".

citrix says permissions must be set on "users" subfolder. but just in one website i saw that author set permissions on storage location.(in my case, on UL folder)

so i tested both scenario. even i gave full control to user group, but nothing changed.

another question is which share permissions must be set?
