MS Teams in Citrix and Performance Monitoring



We are using MS Teams in XenApp 1912 LTSR using the optimization options to deliver . We have internal session (no Netscaler) and external session (Netscaler).  I'm wondering what the best way of troubleshooting MS Teams from the Citrix perspective is? Are there metrics at the workspace app or ar they in the session and hence exposed up to things like ControlUp, Director etc. ?
