Citrix Workspace - v21.x - Exception Code

David Joy

Question

Hello,

For the last month we've been having difficulty with a multitude of systems across our site giving constant "Citrix WorkSpace has Stopped working" errors, usually happening every hour after the "Close the program" button has been pressed.

From looking at the Application logs in Computer Management, it seems as though they are all failing with (Exception code: 0xc0000005) the only difference between different pcs is between the faulting module being "KERNELBASE.DLL" or "settingsinterface.dll".

Just looking to see if anyone has anywhere I can start, I've done all the basics of reinstall the application, Windows Updates. Trouble is, I can't seem to find any logs to at least troubleshoot from.

Thanks,

We've installed Citrix Workspace App 2103 on our test computers. Selfservice.exe is crashing and is not publishing applications in start menu. Session launch is not possible, nothing happens.

Events 1026 and 1000 are logged.

2012.1 and 1912 are working on the same computers.
