No dashboard tab in Citrix Licensing Manager

I am fairly new to Citrix licensing and am having issues with a client. The have 2 licenses with different SA dates and some users are receiving a message that all licenses are exhausted. While trying to get to the bottom of this I logged into the Citrix Licensing Manager however I do not see the Dashboard. I added my account to the User Administration as an Administrator and tried logging out and logging back in but that didn't solve the problem. 


Any advice would be appreciated

Hi Mark,

I'm not sure why the dashboard tab is not showing, could it be that there are no particulair licenses installed on that license server?
Perhaps you are using a browser that does not properly support the layout?

As for the exhaustion issues, it might be that the wrong type of license is getting consumed (or from the wrong resource that is).
I would recommend to have a look in Citrix Studio -> Licensing.
