Storefront PNA Agent Issue

Hi.

We recently had the Storefront certs expire. I renewed all on the Storefront servers themselves and using the Storefront URL in a browser works fine.

However using the Workspace it will no longer work.

The store URL being used in the app actually hits an F5 load balancer. I had the cert on the F5 also updated, but they crated a new cert for *.domain.com instead of the storefrontname.domain.com and it still will not function properly.

So my question is does that F5 cert actually have to match the the actual storefront base URL instead of being a wildcard?

All we get is "your apps are not available at this time" at the moment.

This all started after the original cert expired.
