AM_ERROR_HTTP_TIMEOUT[65149] from selfservice and storebrowse

Question

I am on Linux Ubuntu 20.10 using Citrix Workspace App 2101 and when I use selfservice or storebrowse I often get this error:

 

AM_ERROR_HTTP_TIMEOUT[65149]

 

This happens on one of my remote machine but not on the others.

If I connect via the web portal (which invokes wfica directly, it always works without issues.

 

Logging in from windows with the equivalent apps works. The linux app suffers from unexplained timeouts.

 

The timeout seems to be in obtaining the ica file, not in using it.

 

Any idea what to root of the issue could be?
