Citrix Cloud Connector Failover

One of our Cloud Connector was hung. We have 3 on primary and 3 in DR site. Should it not failover to the other 2 Cloud Connectors and allow users to connect


1. Is this the way it should failover or should it failover to the other cloud connector within the primary?

2. None of the published desktops were visible and could see only an empty screen.

3. Also see the following error message about the LocalDB

LocalDB parent instance version is invalid: MSSQL14E.LOCALDB

Windows API call RegOpenKeyExW returned error code: 2. Windows system error messgae is The system cannot find the file specified.
