Having some trouble upgrade receiver 4.9 to workspace 1912

Hello/dear,

 

i am new on this plafon.. please redirect question if needed

We have same trouble with updating de citrix receivers 4.9 to workspace 1912 on a lot of clients (win10 1909)

The update(installation) proces don`t give any error.. (also no error events/logs at all)
After upgrade and reboot systeem.. connect to storefront without problem.. connection to XenDesktop works (1 sec) and closes without any error. (screen of VDI is visable or grey)

i have tried:

- reg clean by hand

- install C++ 2019  last version of .net

- install windows updates 

- reciver remove tool

- install workspacec 2103

- uninstall workspace app and install citrix reciver 4.9 (and it works again)

 

Clean windows installation also works but no option for a lot of fat clients
