10-Key keyboard not working in Citrix environment

10-Key is not working when working in cloud applications in a Citrix environment. NumLock is on. In the Citrix App>Advanced Preferences>Keyboard and Language Bar>select 'Yes' to use the local keyboard layout, log off the server and restarted cloud server session but 10-key still not working. Not sure if a registry setting needs to modified.

Please try adding the system registry on the Server OS VDA following the article  https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX226335

If the issue exists after adding the registry, share the below details.


Workspace app for Chrome version?


Virtual Delivery Agent OS Language?


Virtual Delivery Agent Version?


Virtual Delivery Agent Keyboard Type (for Japanese/Korean - 106/102/104)?


Virtual Delivery Agent OS?


Chromebook OS version?


Chromebook OS Language?


Chromebook device info?


Keyboard Layout Set in Chromebook?


Keyboard Type & Model (i.e. Touch keyboard / Smart Keyboard / Bluetooth keyboard)?


Are the inbuilt number keys working from Chromebook inside the session or it's breaking only with the 10-Key keyboard?


Could you please share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
