Touch Screen stops working when Citrix Workspace was installed

Hello community,

 

We have the following problem in our company:
We use HP EliteOne 800 G3 Touch devices in our production area. The touch function works fine until I install the Citrix Workspace app. After that, the touchscreen doesn't respond at all and is only fully useable again when the Citrix App was uninstalled.
I suppose it's because of the "Citrix Indirect Display Adapter" driver that is installed along with the Citrix app?

The devices are running Windows 10 1809 LTSC but I have also installed Windows versions 1803 and 1903 and the behavior with the touchscreen is the same when Citrix is installed.

We use Citrix Workspace version 2002. I have already installed the newest version of the app but it's the same result.

 

Has anyone had the same or a similar problem?
