"There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time" – Citrix Workspace App Version:

Until recently I was able to regularly access the desktops available to me through the Citrix Workspace App, but now comes up with the message "There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time" when I login using the correct user and password. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a different version of the Citrix Workspace app to no avail.


I have downloaded an older version of Citrix Workspace (Version: since my mid-2012 Macbook Pro does not run newer mac operating systems well so is only running macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra. Version is the most recent version of the app that can function on macOS 10.13.
