“Cannot start apps. Please run reset receiver to resolve a lockdown conflict for ClientHostedAppsShortcuts (error 2320)”

I have run through the steps for the following resolution.




It solves the problem but it only lasts 2 to 3 weeks with one single user. He uses the same computer for the last 3 years. He has had this problem for 3 years since we have moved over to using Citrix. I even went to uninstall the Citrix receiver client than following the steps in the link. It only lasted 2 weeks this time. I had to go through the steps to resolve his problem today. Trying to find out if there is somewhere I'm missing since it is only one user that keeps having this issue. We have over 200 users and they don't have these issues when they try to access Citrix.
