The file being printed is already in PDF format

Hi,

 

I am using HTML5 Receiver 21.1.0.4164 and connecting to a published Desktop . When the PDF file is opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader printing via Citrix PDF Printer will fail with followed error: image.png.700e32b6cdc3add9aab4501a3dc3f354.png 

 

When the file is opened in browser or another PDF Reader (not Acrobat Reader) it will print successfully.

 

Anyone an idea how I can fix this?

What fixed it for us is using Chrome inside the session to open PDF files. We were trying to use Adobe to open PDF files and when printing we would receive the above error. When we switched to Chrome, it passed the PDF to the local Chrome session and was able to print.
