Citrix ADM not showing HDX insight data for Window Clients

Hi,

 

wondering if somebody has seen the below and have any resolutions

 

Environment

Citrix ADC's running as VPX's n SDX platform. ADC version 12.1.57.18

Citrix ADM version 13.0.71.40 (latest version)

Protocol Configured is Log stream

 

we are seeing web/Gateway/video insight data coming to the ADM, however for HDX insight we are seeing data only from MAC/Linux Machines, but no data for windows clients (we meet all the pre-reqs for version for both workspace app and  receiver).

All firewall ports and open and functioning as expected, confirmed by TCPDUMP/Nstrace, showing traffic flowing on port 5557.

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
