Group Policy to set Store but Users frequently see - 'An account is not configured. Please contact your administrator'

We set our Storefront URL in the Citrix ADMX Group Policy Settings using the Policy - NetScaler Gateway URL/StoreFront Accounts List.  However we regularly get users that receive the popup 'An account is not configured. Please contact your administrator' if they attempt to launch the Workspace App. Also the Shortcuts to Desktops are not appearing in the Start Menu because this isnt working.

However one way to make it work is to do a gpupdate /force. Exit the Workspace App from the System Tray. Then try again, and all is well? The shortcuts appear in the Start Menu and the Citrix Workspace app can be launched from the System Tray.

I am not sure what other Registry Keys I need to check?

To prevent users getting the popup and putting in their email address/url we do install the Workspace App with the /AllowAddStore=N parameter
