Sometimes no video

We are running windows 1909 with cvad 1912 cu2 and latest teams machine installer 1.4.2...


as endpoint we use wyse 5070 win iot and workspace app 2101. 

sometimes the user reports that they don’t see any video streams. They don’t see neither themself nor someone else in 1to1 calls. 
but the other person sees him. Webcam is working. But it looks like the video stream from endpoint to session is not fully working. The teams window is black, like a call without video. But only for the person who uses Citrix. 

teams is running in optimized mode. 

does someone know this?
