MS Teams Error 407 Raised in XenApp



When running MS Teams Citrix integration in XenApp 1912 LTSR CU1 on Windows 2016 the user receives the following message:



Clicking Restart just arrives the user back at the same screen. Using a browser we can access https://teams.microsft.com and use meetings etc. through the browser without issue. We are using a proxy PAC file configuration in Google Chrome (the browser). We have traced the connection on the proxy and see no 407 being raised and sent to the user. The same accounts experiencing this have no issues outside XenApp with the same proxy configuration. The only difference would be that we are using FSLogix container for Office 365 in Citrix. Anyone experienced the same issue?
