Latest workspace 2102 displays a blank white box after login

Steps to fix:

1.      Exit from the workspace

2.      Set the below registry on Client with CWA 2103

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics\

Name: DisableHWAcceleration

Type: DWORD Value: 1 

3.      Launch the Workspace App

 

Please note that this issue is reposted as compatibility issue and we have internal ticket open for the same. As per which the fix will be available in next release of CWA.

Hello, i need help please.

 

I have a macbook pro with catalina, and at moment, i cant log in.

 

When i log in, displays a white screen and its stuck.

 

I try to install other version more old of app citrix, but is the same iam stucked.

 

Anyone can help me?
