Hi There,

We use launcher script to populate WebEx outlook plugin registry key at Outlook launch. HKLM key is removed and HKCU is used to target specific user group. We haven't run into disappearing issue as we import at every launch.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

"Description"="ATLCOM Outlook Addin"
"FriendlyName"="Webex Integration"

Powershell Launcher code

$username = $env:USERNAME
$Searcher = New-Object System.DirectoryServices.DirectorySearcher
$searcher.Filter = "(&(objectCategory=User)(samAccountName=$username))"
$result = $Searcher.Findone()
$objUser = New-Object System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry($result.Path)
$objGroups = $objUser.Invoke("Groups")
$memberOf = New-Object System.Collections.Generic.List[System.String]
foreach ($result in $objGroups)
	$objGroup = New-Object System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry($result)

if ($memberOf -contains "Webex_Organizers")
    reg import "C:\Packages\WebExOI.Addin.reg"
Start-Process "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" -Wait -WindowStyle 'Normal' -PassThru

you may look into Outlook Resiliency AddinList reg key to prevent outlook from disabling addons due to slow load etc.. -

For Outlook 2016  "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Resiliency\AddinList"
