Failed to reset password and unlock function after using Account Self-Service. How can I do?

Hello,

 

I just tested to install SSPR 1.1 and I'm testing to logon StoreFront and select to use Account Self-Service at below logon bottom.

I can test to use Unlock function but when I have tested to reset Password that. I found error " The system could not log you on. Ensure that you entered your details correctly and try again. If you are still unable to log on, you  may not be permitted to use account self-service. "

 

By the way, if input domain admin and reset password that it'll found error about You cannot use account self-service. Contact your system administrator"

 

How to check and solve this?

I 'm suspecting about Citrix document that need to configure EncryptData, RegjectUnencryptedAccess, and RequireSecuritySignature for the Self-Service Password Reset central store. I don't sure how to do this.  Have anyone to advise me for this?  I  still not set this and I don't sure that it's happened to failed for SSPR or not.

You must configure EncryptData, RejectUnencryptedAccess, and RequireSecuritySignature for the
Self-Service Password Reset central store. For more configuration information, see the following
