Citrix Teams VDI clients in Citrix Xenapp

Hi, we have used Teams in Citrix all year and we find it still very buggy, Zoom VDI we have no issues with!


We are using CWA 2012.1 and CVAD 2012 but reliability and quality it is still poor.


One thing I have noticed on the Microsoft call quality dashboard is that you can see what VDI client is being used each day and how many users used it (attached)


A lot of users had even more issues than normal today, and I noticed that a new VDI version of Teams was being used.


Can we get any more information on what these VDI releases actually are and what they improve? I feel like some days people struggle with Teams more than normal in Citrix, and now I realize the versions are being updated irrespective of the Teams client version installed, I wonder if this is why.


Does anyone know if there are plans to improve Teams so that it is reliable in Citrix?
