Realtime Audio not working with Workspace - but does with Receiver



Our thin client will be updated, and I need to validate UDP audio over internet.

Everything is working with receiver 4.12, but not with Workspace app 2012.


The test config is

Client side

- Windows 10 client

- Basic client install (no gpo, no registry, no gpedit...)


Server side :

- 7.15 LTSR

- Default ICA modify to enable Realtime audio over UDP throught Netscaler with port 16500-16509

- policy : medium audio, UDP and gateway support.


To confirm that UDP is ok, go to Netscaler console and check DTLS ICA Connections

Any idea?

The client endpoint needs to be configured via  GPO \ registry entries to allow UDP audio




If you don't have control of the endpoints, storefront default.ica need to be modified . See the section "Audio setting policies for user devices" in the link below
