WEM Action does not work

Question

I create an application action in wem to create windows calculator icon on desktop.

On Administration Console > Administration > Agents > Statistics tab I click refresh.

then Right-click the agent and select Refresh Workspace Agent(s). exactly after that I see a notification in agent machine: workspace settings refresh in progress alert in agent. and nothing happen.

where is the problem?

I think the problem is something else.

When I install wem agent it does not start automatically at logon (screenshot 1). and when I start VUEMUIAgent.exe manually, its options are disables (screenshot 2).

followings are checked:

- network communication between agent and console and wem server and active directory.

- firewall is turned off in all four machines.

- DHCP and DNS are OK.

- citrix related services starting with "citrix" are running on all machines.

 

I don't know why VUEMUIAgent does not run automatically?
