Adding account to Workspace by using a CR file shows "Cannot retrieve discovery document"

Question

Hi,

 

When I try to provision an account in Workspace by using a CR file download through the Activate button after a login then below message comes up and fails.

 

"Cannot add account"

"Cannot retrieve discovery document"

 

It started happening since a MFA integration on the Netscaler but even after removing the secondary authentication it still fails.

 

Config:

Virtual Apps 7.15.1000

Netscaler 12.1 60.17
