Citrix Workspace doesn't launch in local User account, but in local Admin account Citrix launches..

Citrix WorkSpace launches in Admin, but in user account Citrix Workspace doesn't launch. Laptop isn't connected to a domain. Laptop has 2 accounts - Admin account and User account.

Usually in this case we delete User account and create new User account and 100% Citrix launches successfully. 

Question is how to make Citrix to work without deleting User account..
