frozen screen, forced to restart

Hello,

 

I am asking for your help on a being problem. This only concerns the users of an application. Users have the application freezing. Some users have two monitors, one for the citrix app and the other for local actions. The mouse moves but no keyboard action unlocks the station, the two monitors are frozen. Users are forced to restart their workstations to regain control. If I change the state of the session from having it disconnected, the user can resume that session where the freeze started. Technical background: receiver 4.9 and 19.12 LTSR farm Citrix 7.19 LTSR.
