CAC not accepted

We are trying to get CAC authentication working in our Citrix environment. We have two SF servers and two controllers delivering Windows 10 desktops (no ADC). When we open Workspace or a web page, it asks for the PIn but then says it cannot be used and use another logon method.

 

Certs are installed as is the middleware. Everything is configured correctly. Not sure what the problem is. Has anyone run into this before?
