Merry Christmas every one,

we are using Citrix Desktop with non persistant Windows Server 2019 based master image. 

VDA / SF / DDC are updated to 20.06

There are 4 VDAs that are restarting every night.

Our Office users are using Storefront to connect to Citrix Desktop

Our Remote Users using Citrix Netscaler

 

SInce Upgrade to WS19 there is a Problem with first user login every morning. Our users report that they starting Desktop - Citrix Workspace App opens - after a few seconds Citrix Workspace App closes  - After mulitply tries the connection works. All other users who try to connect after the "first user" didtnt recognize this problem. Same issue by Storefront or connection with Netscaler.

 

I can see this issue in director (Screenshot) But cant determine why this is happening. But it seems that the first user have to connect to every single VDA till the issue is gone (for one day)

 

Errortype:

The Error Message said:

problem After the client contacted the VDA, but before the connection sequence was complete, the VDA reported that a session had ended. Recommended course of action - Make sure that the user has not ended the session before starting. - Restart the session. If the problem persists, collect the CDF logs and contact Citrix support.
