Users that connect to their Windows 10 VDI from outside the organization cannot run published applications from Citrix Workspace anymore.

Hello,

 

Users that connect to their Windows 10 VDI from outside the organization cannot run published applications from Citrix Workspace.
The store used to access to VDI from Internet is newly FAS enabled. The authentication is working well; users can use their Windows 10 machine.
The store that contains published apps is not FAS enabled. Internal users use this store. SSO is enabled for this store (Domain Pass Thrue) and in Citrix Workspace. If I disable Wrokspace SSO on these VDI then users can launch published applications after a manual authentication (username / password).
How to solve this issue?
