Workspace App Cpu spikes on Win10 pooled VDI

Hi together, 

I need some help to analyze a possible problem with the workspace app on a pooled VDI with Win10. 

The workspace App is using much Cpu very often but is not in use. The workspace app is only started in the VDI. But no xen app session is used at the moment. It utilize 30% of the cpu every 30 seconds. This is very much for 3000 started pooled VDIs on our infrastructure. In the event logs I didn't found any entries what it is doing. Anyone has some tips to investigate?
