Keyboard disabled after Citrix Workspace App install with App Security Feature on

I am having an issue with Citrix Workspace 1912 App. Setup includes Security App Feature. When this is checked I get a unresponsive keyboard after installation completes. However if this is not checked the keyboard continues to work. This is taking place on a HP Elitebook 850 G5, Win10 (x64). Version is currently 1803.
