Why would the Citrix Service Monitor service on a StoreFront server in a server group not start?

I figured this out myself.  I had changed from the default port to port 443 using the information in the 7.15 LTSR documents and that is what broke the service.  I got no errors when I ran the PowerShell commands that changed the port nor did I get any errors when I synchronized my StoreFront server group, but that is when the monitor service quit working.  I was able to determine that removing the affected StoreFront servers (all but the primary) from the server group one at a time, running the PowerShell command to reset the StoreFront server back to default, and then adding it back in did fix whatever was broke and allowed the monitor service to start running again.
