Storefront Upgrade did not start

Question

Hello,

we want to upgrade Storefront to 1912.

After starting the installer i got:

is initalizing ...

thats all - nothing more.

i see in the taskmanager the CitrixStoreFront-x64

and thats it - nothing more is happen.

 

Everything is closed on the server

 

i see this error in the logfile
