Citrix Receiver 4.12 Apps won´t launch with Error

Question

Login to companys Website works. When I try to start the RDP application (or another) , an error message appears:

 

I then uninstalled and reinstalled Citrix Receiver. The error message remains. I have not installed any software or Windows Update.

Update: Create an new account on the local machine is the workaround, but not the solution.
