Copy/Paste text and files has stopped working for one user.

Question

I have one user where copy/paste has stopped working, both text and files.

 

First I though there was something wrong with the Citrix Workspace app. But when I used my own account on the users Laptop, it works as expected. 

 

I tried to do a complete uninstall and clean-up of Citrix Workspace and downgrade to 1907 without success

 

My user account and this specific user share the same delivery group and jumps on the same server.

 

When the user tries to do a copy/paste from the Citrix Session to the Laptop. The Paste function, when right clicking in a folder is greyed out, but not for me.

 

We are running Citrix Virtual Apps 7 Premium.

Citrix Workspace version is usually the latest.

 

Any tips on this would be much appreciated.
