Issue getting Helpdesk Interface View for Full Administrator




I've got a new Citrix Site install, 1912 CU1 installed and configured. Citrix Director is installed on a StoreFront server and we had setup delegation for helpdesk and full admin. Admins were getting the limited helpdesk interface view when logging into Director.


I've deleted the Helpdesk delegation as a test, and restarted services, logged back in as admin but am still getting the limited interface view.


Has anyone any pointers as to why this is the case? The admin account does have full admin access in Studio.
