BSOD while on workspace app latest version (new device)

Hi All,


Hopefully all is well and appreciate if someone can help me out on this.

I just purchased a custom computer less than 5 days ago with the following specs


Ryzen 3500

Gigabyte X570 Elite WIFI AM4

256gb addlink NVME

16gb ram (8 x 2)

1 TB addlink SATA SSD


Upon receiving my computer, i installed citrix workspace app as this is what my company uses for us to work from home and for us to access our office virtual environment.

However when im on the workspace app, my system keep on crashing with bluescreen with an error of security check failure.


copies of all the minidump error are saved here for your access appreciate if you can assist in finding out what is wrong between workspace app and my hardware.

note that i have sent my computer 3 times to the seller, and they have swapped out for me new NVME & SATA drive but the issue still appear.




Some of the mini dump might not be relevant as i turned on verifier settings on my computer to try and catch the culprit, but one thing for sure is that for the past week, all of my blue screen occured when i am on citrix workspace app, and i have no issues when playing games for 5 hours straight in max settings on AAA title.
