Mobile App connectivity issues

Question

To date we have :

-    Configured the app to run within our Citrix xenmobile MDM, wrapping the app source file in the Citrix MDX wrapper. This is the usual method we use to deploy apps which require access to our internal network and all these type of apps are deployed and working.
-    Configured the app to run within our Citrix xenmobile MDM, utilizing the Citrix VPN app. This does not require the app to be wrapped using MDX and uses the app downloaded directly from the Google Play Store.
-    Configured the app to connect direct to our netscalers. This does not use the Citrix xenmobile MDM at all and uses the app downloaded directly from the Google Play Store.

These are the only methods of connection we have with our current infrastructure configuration. In each case the Mobile app displayed the same issue of continually disconnecting and reconnecting, which made the app unusable.

For each of the above scenarios the app was reconfigured to use the QA, Pre-PROD and PROD environments both via the load balancers and direct to specific web servers, in all cases the disconnect/connect issue persisted.
