Storefront password policy not matching GPO\Domain policy

When logging in to the storefront it is prompting to say that the password is due to expire but the local policy and secedit are displaying the correct max password age on the desktops. It seems the SF password policy is still pointing to the previous policy which has since been updated. I have gone through all the applied GPOs and none are holding the old policy. Storefront manager is also displaying that it is using AD for it's policies. Is there somewhere else in StoreFront that controls this? Sorry this may be an easy issue but it's rather annoying me. Nowt on web search either. We are using netscaler.
