Issues with resolution and scaling in Citrix while using Mac

Hi All

I am having issues access my remote desktop via Citrix (2009 - 20.9.17)

I am using a Macbook Pro on Catalina OS 10.15.7.


Even within the laptop screen it is not able to use the full screen.

Then, when I try to extend the session to my external 21.5" monitor the display is also messed up and cannot be used.

I am stuck working from half the screen of my laptop and not utilising the external display entirely.


This was not an issue about a few weeks ago on my old MacBook Air that remains on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4 however the issue of multiple screens is an issue there now too as Citrix got updated to 2009 - 20.9.17 version of Citrix.


Please help.
