Problem upgrading to v2009

I am tryin to upgrade my controller/Director from v2003 to v2009, however I could not proceed.

It is reporting that some configuration is disrupting the upgrade.


Checking the XenDesktop Installation.log, there are error entries of some catalog using "Personal vDisk", and that these have to be deleted.

How can a catalog be deleted without affecting the "Delivery Group" referencing it?


Though I am not sure if this is the real cause the upgrade is not proceeding. 

However the "Preliminary Test" is not indicating any issues


Thanks for ideas on where to check further.
