Citrix UPL -search box issues

Hello Everyone!

 

i'm having issues with Citrix UPL (User Personalization Layer), when I press search box in startbar nothing happens or i can't type, sometimes it works when i restart the VDI but normally it doesn't work.

 

My workarround is delete the user layer vhd until it works in the file server. :(

 

My environment:

 

Windows 10 LTSC 2019

Citrix Desktops 1912 CU1

Windows 2019 File Server

User laye Sizer: 15 GB

PVS 1912 CU1

 

NOTES:

 

1. UPM is NOT configured! (i found similar issues in UPM)

2. If i disable UPL Policy, search box works fine.
