Teams Citrix HDX Not connected

Question

"You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.21759 (64-bit). Citrix HDX Not Connected."

Teams optimization for me has stopped working.

I can see on my endpoint that HDXTeams.exe launches momentarily when I launch Teams in my XenApp session.

 

What is this log file telling me?

Oct 05 08:39:56.923 webrtcapi.WebRTCEngine Error: init. couldn't create audio module!

 

Is caused by webrtc not being able to handle, to call them non-standard audio devices, like higher bitrate than usual DVD quality, etc. 

In latest CWA we have upgraded the SDK specially to resolve this issue. Please test the latest CWA and it should work fine. (2009.6 version), If not open a case and reference me please.

Is 20.9.6.21 = 2009.6 version?

 

Yes you are correct. In brackets beside version it should mention 2009 also.
