Teams Call Queue Toaster Pop-up

Question

When a call is made to one of our Receptionist call queues the toaster pop-up appears, but when it the call is answered the Receptionist who is now answering the call does not get a notification in the Toaster pop-up which Receptionist answered the call. Outside of their Citrix desktop from testing you do see who answered the call.

 

We have tested with the latest CWA 2009.5.

Call queues are not yet officially supported meaning we didn't extensively test them yet. From what I played around with it all worked fine but yes, you might see weird behaviour.
