Video Disappears on Teams calls when AnyDesk remote software is installed

Hi, we have installed AnyDesk remote software onto our endpoints and have noticed that with the 2009.5 CWA that video sometimes does not show in a call.


If I connect to the endpoint using AnyDesk the video appears, if I disconnect from AnyDesk on the endpoint the video disappears again.


We use AnyDesk to connect to endpoints which are at peoples homes.
