CWA 2009.5 - MS Teams video disapears - caused by OverridePerformance?

Hi, we have noticed since updating to 2009.5, video in MS Teams sometimes does not show for the user.


It seems random, during the same session, it can be there for one call but not the next.


We have only had the issue today after upgrading, but I have a feeling it is when the internet connection is not as good.


A couple of users with great internet connections haven't had the issue, where as two with bad connections have.


We use the OverridePerformance reg key here - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Citrix\HDXMediaStream


To force the quality of the webcam to 720p, as we find that the client can cope with 720p, but it is usually a lower quality.


I am wondering if me setting this reg key is messing with this new feature in 2009.5?
